Shape the ecosystem with RTGs
Retroactive Token Grants (RTGs) are Arcium’s answer to ecosystem recognition, alignment and growth. Instead of rewarding speculation and farming, we retroactively recognize the people who genuinely show up and contribute — builders, communicators, educators, regional champions, and curious contributors of every kind.
DEVELOPER RTGS
Build with Arcium
Design and ship encrypted apps on top of Arcium. From private DeFi, payments and games to Private AI — if you’re building, there’s an RTG for it.
• Open-source GitHub submission required
• New RTGs posted monthly
COMMUNITY RTGS
Grow the network
Write, translate, educate, and advocate. Regional ambassadors, content creators, and community moderators all have a path to recognition through community RTGs.
ECOSYSTEM RTGs
Expand the design space
Teams, partners, and ecosystem cabals can create RTGs for their own communities, pushing the encrypted design space forward and building more alignment around privacy.

How to Get Started
Connect your wallet
Start by connecting your wallet in the Encrypted Portal. This will create your ‘account,’ give you access to the RTG platform, and allow you to submit specific for RTGs.
Explore RTGs
Browse active RTGs across Developer, Ecosystem, and Community categories. Whether you're building apps, creating content, or growing regional communities, there's a track for your skillset.
Submit your contributions
Found your RTG? Submit your work directly through the platform for review. The best submissions enter the pool for recognition at RTG Recognition Events.
Office Hours
Weekly developer office hours for technical questions and integration support.
For full details on submission requirements, the review process, and upcoming Recognition Events, visit the RTG Platform.

What are MXEs?
What is Arcium?
Multiparty computation eXecution Environments (MXEs) are the backbone of the Arcium Network. They combine Multiparty Computations (MPC), Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE), Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKPs), and more to enable encrypted computations. MXEs are highly configurable, allowing users to customize everything from the trust assumptions to hardware investment. Head to our docs to learn more about MXEs.
